Tucker Green, Assistant Senior Editor of Foreign Affairs (Spring 2012), Managing Editor (Fall 2012), Editor-in-Chief (Spring 2013)
Tucker Green is a junior from Duluth majoring in International Affairs and Finance. In addition to this work with The Georgia Political Review, he serves as President of the Alpha Upsilon circle of the Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society and teaches drum lessons to elementary and middle school children at The Salvation Army Gwinnett Conservatory of Music. In the summer of 2012, he worked in the government affairs practice at the Washington, D.C. office of McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP as part of the UGA Honors in Washington Program. Additionally, he has conducted CURO research under Dr. Reinaldo Roman, studying the role of folk saints in the Mexican drug culture. As a former writer for The Red & Black, he interviewed local businesspeople, SEC head coaches, and UGA professors while working for both the news and sports desks. In 2010, he won the University of Georgia’s Public Speaking Contest. In his free time, he enjoys listening to Phish, actively avoiding a letdown from his favorite sports teams (Bulldogs/Braves/Falcons), and searching for the next great movie.
