Melanie Kent is a fourth-year International Affairs major, double minoring in African Studies and Arabic. She loves research, writing, and asking questions. Melanie grew up in East Africa as the child of community development professionals. She is interested in transnational security issues, intercultural relations, and in bridging the divide between the developing and industrial worlds.
