Aashka Dave, Senior Editor (Fall 2014), Assistant Senior Editor (Spring 2014)
Aashka is a fourth year studying Public Affairs Journalism, Romance Languages and Public Health. She is particularly interested in educational and environmental policy, participatory media, and women’s rights. To examine these interests in detail, Aashka is currently writing a most scintillating Honor’s thesis on participatory women’s magazines. Aashka is also an Innovation Fellow with the Cox Institute for Journalism Innovation, Management and Leadership. She is a founding editor of UGA PreMed Magazine and an active member of TEDxUGA.
