Loran Posey, Jr., Staff Writer
Born and raised in Athens, Loran is a senior majoring in International Affairs and Political Science. He is an active brother of Beta Upsilon Chi (BYX) Christian fraternity, as well as a former participant in the Washington Semester Program, interning with the Office of U.S. Senator David Perdue during the Fall 2016 semester. He married his high school sweetheart in December 2016 and they both enjoy volunteering with Circle of Friends Animal Society. Upon graduation, Loran aspires to a career in public or civil service that positively impacts the United States and the international community.
