Russell Dye, Staff Writer

I am a sophomore political science major with a special love for the field of horticulture. I am currently a co-ed small group leader for the UGA Wesley Foundation and a member of the College Republicans. I am also an eight-year-old boys soccer coach for the Oconee County Rec. Dept. I have worked on many campaigns for State Senator Cecil Staton, U.S. House Rep. Austin Scott, and Governor Mitt Romney’s presidential election bid. I never miss an episode of Duck Dynasty or Seinfeld. My life is consumed year-round by UGA football and Atlanta Braves baseball. Gardening is my new-found love. Hopefully one day I can attend law school, make some money, and retire as soon as possible so I can play golf and fish the rest of my life away.
