Writer Biography: Gautam Narula

Gautam Narula, Assistant Senior Editor of Politics (Spring 2012), Webmaster (Spring 2012-Spring 2014)

Gautam is a Computer Science and Political Science major from Alpharetta, Georgia. From 2008 to 2011, he was actively involved in the campaign for Georgia death row inmate Troy Davis, meeting Davis on death row several times. Gautam has also worked as an intern for Amnesty International and served as the Southern Representative for Amnesty’s National Youth Advisory Committee. Gautam has written a book on chess and a few Android apps, and is currently working on another book and a few software projects. In his free time, Gautam enjoys reading, writing, playing chess and Settlers of Catan, programming, making obscure Spongebob references, and simultaneously delighting and annoying people with terrible puns.
